The platform is intentionally designed to: Collect minimum personal data Avoid sensitive data Comply with UK GDPR / Data Protection Act Protect children’s privacy Data Controller.MyTransferTeacher is the data controller responsible for handling personal data processed through the platform. All data processing decisions follow strict internal rules defined in the product

Categories of Users Covered
This policy applies to parents, schools, and students accessing the platform via parent or school accounts. Students do not register independently and do not submit personal data directly.

Data Collected – Parent Accounts Parent email address (login, communication, account identification) Student name (display, test attribution, reports) No other personal data is collected.

Students do not create accounts independently. Student access is linked to parent or school accounts. School-issued logins use system-generated identifiers and no personal student profiles

Free Access Feedback Data
Feedback (ratings and optional comments) is used only for product

Analytics & System Logs
Technical logs for login attempts, device changes, access denials, test activity, and plan changes are maintained solely for security and auditing.

AI & Automated Systems
Where AI features are used, only anonymised or minimal data is processed. AI assists learning and does not make legal or academic decisions.

Data Storage & Retention
Data is stored securely. Active accounts are retained while active. Deleted/inactive accounts are scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Aggregated anonymised analytics may be retained.

Account & Data Deletion
Users may request deletion by emailing support@mytransferteacher.com with subject “Account Deletion Request”. Deletion will be completed within 30 days. Anonymous aggregated statistics may remain.

Payments
Payments are processed exclusively through the web platform. The mobile app does not process or store payment information.

Data Sharing
Data is never sold or rented. It may be shared only with hosting providers or legal authorities where required by law.

Data Subject Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or object to applicable processing by emailing
support@mytransferteacher.com.

Children’s Privacy
The platform is intended for parent- or school-supervised use. Children should not use the platform independently, and the mobile app does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

Policy Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, product, or security changes. Material updates will be communicated via the app or email, and the Last Updated date will reflect the latest version.
