Terms & Conditions of Use (Parents & Schools – SEAG Only)
This policy defines how the platform may be used, what is permitted, and what is restricted.
These terms apply to all users of MyTransferTeacher.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MyTransferTeacher, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If a user does not agree, they must not use the platform.
Scope of Service
• MyTransferTeacher provides digital preparation tools for the SEAG Transfer Test only
• The platform is not affiliated with SEAG authorities
• Content is designed for practice and familiarity, not as a guarantee of exam success
Eligible Users
The platform may be used only by:
• Parents managing a single child’s learning
• Schools managing student access under an institutional licence
❌ Students may not create accounts independently
❌ Teachers may not create personal accounts
Account Creation Rules
Parent Accounts
• One account per email address
• One child per parent account
• Parent is responsible for all activity under the account
School Accounts
• One account per school
• Must be registered using an official school email
• Subject to manual approval before activation
Account Security Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Preventing unauthorised access
• Logging out from shared devices
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
Free Access Terms
Free Access Duration
• Free access is provided for up to three (3) months
• Access is granted in 30-day periods
• Free access is not automatic and requires renewal
Monthly Feedback Requirement
• At the end of each free month, feedback submission is mandatory
• Free access is renewed only after valid feedback is submitted
• Feedback must meet minimum quality requirements
End of Free Access
• After three free months, free access ends permanently
• Free access cannot be extended beyond this limit
• Feedback submission after this point does not restore access
Paid Plans & Upgrades
• Continued use after free access requires a paid plan
• Payment must be completed before access is restored
• Paid plans activate immediately upon successful payment
School-Specific Usage Terms
School Access Restrictions
• Student logins are valid only within school premises
• Access is restricted by:
• School network
• School hours
• Assigned device
Responsibility of Schools
• Schools are responsible for:
• Managing student credentials
• Preventing misuse
• Supervising student activity
Promotional Analytics for Schools
• During the free access period, schools may receive full analytics access
• This is a promotional benefit
• Promotional analytics end immediately when free access ends
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
• Share or resell accounts
• Bypass access restrictions
• Use VPNs or proxies to access school accounts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
• Use automated tools or bots
Suspension & Termination
MyTransferTeacher reserves the right to:
• Suspend accounts for misuse
• Terminate access for repeated violations
• Revoke promotional benefits without notice in case of abuse
Service Availability
• The platform is provided “as is”
• Downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades
• No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
Limitation of Liability
MyTransferTeacher:
• Does not guarantee exam results
• Is not responsible for individual academic outcomes
• Is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of:
• United Kingdom / Northern Ireland
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
Changes to Terms
The terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
