This policy governs payments, refunds, cancellations, and billing behaviour on MyTransferTeacher.
 
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
•Parent paid subscriptions
•School paid licences
•All payments processed through MyTransferTeacher
 
Free Access Clarification
•Free access is promotional and time-limited
•No payment is required during free access
•Free access does not create any entitlement to refunds or compensation
 
Paid Plans & Billing
 Parent Plans
•Parent subscriptions are billed as displayed at the time of purchase
•Payment must be completed before paid access is activated
•Paid access begins immediately upon successful payment
 
 School Plans
•School licences are billed based on:
•Number of students
•Selected duration
•School plans may involve invoicing or direct payment methods
 
Refund Eligibility – Parent Accounts
Refunds for parent subscriptions are subject to the following rules:
•Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment
•Refunds are considered only if:
•No significant usage has occurred, or
•Access issues are attributable to the platform
•Partial refunds are not guaranteed
 
Refund Eligibility – School Accounts
School licences are generally non-refundable once activated, due to:
•Licence allocation
•Resource provisioning
•Promotional access already granted
Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of MyTransferTeacher.
 
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued if:
•The user misunderstands the free access limits
•Access is lost due to policy violations
•Accounts are suspended for misuse
•The user fails to upgrade before free access ends
 
Cancellations
 Parent Cancellations
•Parents may cancel subscriptions at any time
•Cancellation prevents future billing
•Access remains active until the end of the paid period
 
 School Cancellations
•School cancellations take effect at the end of the licence term
•Early termination does not guarantee refunds
 
Failed Payments
•Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of paid access
•Repeated failures may trigger account restrictions
•Access may be restored upon successful payment
 
Pricing Changes
•Prices may change for future subscriptions
•Existing paid subscriptions remain valid until expiry
•Promotional pricing is subject to withdrawal without notice
 
Taxes & Charges
•Prices may be subject to applicable taxes
•Users are responsible for any local or statutory charges
 
Payment Processing
•Payments are handled by third-party payment providers
•MyTransferTeacher does not store full payment card details
•Payment providers operate under their own security standards
 
Dispute Resolution
Payment disputes should be raised through official support channels before initiating chargebacks.
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Continued use of paid services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
